How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 2-5 working days anywhere in South Africa. Choose a PUDO locker or door-to-door courier at checkout. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Card and Instant EFT payments happen on iKhokha's secure payment page. We never see or store your card details. You can also pay by normal bank EFT.
What if my gadget is faulty?
Every gadget has a 6-month warranty against defects. WhatsApp us a photo or video of the problem and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. See the returns policy.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver nationwide. If you're rural, a PUDO locker is often the quickest option. WhatsApp us your area if you're unsure.
